Welcome to T’s Mobile Auto Detailing (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website tsmobileautodetailing.com (“Site”) and our mobile auto detailing services (“Services”). By booking a service, making a payment, or using our Site, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.

1. Services Provided
We offer professional mobile auto detailing services at the customer’s chosen location.
Service descriptions, packages, and pricing are listed on our Site and may be updated at any time without prior notice.
All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

2. Booking and Payment
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email.
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise to pay via a Net 30 invoice for business accounts.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, checks, and online payments from Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, and PayPal.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 1 hours for regular detailing services (no paint correction / ceramic coating) before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, customer request, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Customer Responsibilities
You must ensure your vehicle is in a safe, accessible location for our team to perform the service.
Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside.
Access to water and electricity will be required for certain services. If unavailable, please inform us in advance so we can make arrangements.

5. Service Limitations
We will make every effort to achieve the best possible results, but some stains, hair, odors, or damage may be permanent and cannot be fully removed.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or defects in your vehicle’s surfaces.
Certain services may not be suitable for all vehicles; we reserve the right to decline service if we believe it may cause damage.

6. Liability
 

Our liability is limited to the extent of our insurance coverage and is subject to all exclusions, conditions, and deductibles stated in our policy. This includes, but is not limited to:

No coverage for pre‑existing damage, wear and tear, or mechanical/electrical breakdowns unrelated to our services.

No coverage for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.

No coverage for damage caused by inherent defects, manufacturer recalls, or aftermarket modifications.

No coverage for damage to animals, valuables, cash, or securities.

No coverage for damage occurring outside the scope of our services or outside our care, custody, and control.

7. Website Use
All content on our Site, including text, images, and logos, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

8. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

9. Changes to Terms

A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available upon request for customers who wish to verify our coverage. Please note:

• Insurance coverage applies only to incidents that occur during the performance of our services and within the scope of our care, custody, and control.

• All claims are subject to the applicable policy limits, deductibles, and exclusions.

• This disclosure is for informational purposes only and does not expand or alter the coverage provided by our insurance policy.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in El Dorado County, California.
